MARTIAL ARTS based FITNESS TRAINING CLASSES. An excellent way to LOSE WEIGHT / TONE UP or GET FIT!!!
This TRAINING PROGRAM is based on MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS but without having to FIGHT!! We use BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES as well as CIRCUIT TRAINING / KETTLEBELLS and also a huge amount of BOXING / KICKBOXING PAD WORK as the basis of our FITNESS TRAINING!!!
GROUP CLASSES every Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 10am at KRAV MAGA TENERIFE.
Classes 5€ per person (Included in BOOTCAMP TENERIFE)
