BOOTCAMP URLAUB - STRANDTRAINING

We make every effort to make our training sessions as mixed and varied as possible to keep them fun and entertaining.  The more diverse the form of exercise the less conscious you are of how hard you are actually training.  This week we have been doing quite a lot of resistance training for the clients on their Fitness Holiday.  Marking out a 20 metre distance with cones….. one person has to push their partner over the line as in a Rugby Maul.  Each time the partner puts more resistance against their partner.  This starts off easy but very quickly becomes an absolute killer on the legs.

RESISTANCE TRAINING ON BOOTCAMP

This exercise becomes even more difficult when added right after swimming out 40 metres in the sea.  The kicking of the legs whilst swimming leaves them tired and then forcing them to try and push your partner up the hill.
