30 Minute Free Daily Training Class
We are all in an unprecedented situation here in Tenerife, of being locked in our homes 24 hours per day. These free classes are not just limited to Tenerife they are open to everyone all over the world.
Probably the hardest part of this for a lot of people is the Mental Boredom and Anguish, not being able to leave your home for an unknown period of time is difficult for people to deal with.
Regular Exercise Improves Mental Health
A little bit of exercise every day will do wonders for everyone’s Mental Health and hopefully lift your spirits.
Exercise is not just about aerobic capacity and muscle size. Sure, exercise can improve your physical health and your physique.
People who take part in exercise regularly do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic, sleep better and feel more relaxed and positive.
Regular exercise can have a positive impact on depression, anxiety, and more.
To gain the benefits of exercise you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a difference. No matter your age or fitness level.
Join in and do as much as you can!
Just do as much as you can, and adapt any exercises you can’t manage.
